This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 5456/2011 which stood dismissed against the respondent nos. 7 and 8 therein for non-compliance of order dated 2.04.2013, which was eventually complied on 18.04.2013 according to the petitioner.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the CWJC No. 5456/2011 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 2.04.2013 has fully been complied on or before such date.
