2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27A of the NDPS Act registered in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No. 67/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 02.990 kg. and 1.820 kg of ganja from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the recovery of the substance alleged to be 'ganja'. The petitioner has been implicated in the backdrop of past dispute with the seizure witnesses.

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition submitting that the quantity of ganja recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19566 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 the house of the petitioner exceeds small quantity.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
