Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol, three live cartridges and mobile set are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as recovery of motorcycle is concerned, said motorcycle was recovered from joint possession of the petitioner.

Para 3 of the petition goes to show that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused only in one case i.e. Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case no. 29/2016 registered under sections 324, 307 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is in jail custody since 28.7.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46953 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case no. 347/2016.
