The petitioner seeks bail in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 162 litres of foreign liquor from Mahendra Pick up van bearing Registration No. BR-02-7993 and 43.200 litres of foreign liquor from Piagio Pick Up van have been recovered. Petitioner is said to be driver of Mahendra Pick up van.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
