JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-09-2023 This writ application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) For a direction to the Respondent Authority to provide proper administrative protection to the petitioner by Respondent Authorities particularly by Respondent no. 2,3 and 7 in discharging the duties of incharge Principal of the Mahila College Mudila Amba because private Respondent No. 9 is creating nuisance in the College without any right.

(b) For a direction to the respondent authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.5662 of 2023(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 to take legal action against respondent no. 9 by lodging the F.I.R who is disturbing the smooth function of College in imparting Education to the students of the College.

(c) For any other order/orders on the basis of facts and circumstances stated herein after of the case."

2. In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy, if any, with the competent authority in the Department.
