The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bandhua Kurawa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 23.02.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
