Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that from perusal of the Fard-beyan, it would be evident that there was land dispute and on account of land dispute it is alleged that petitioner and his son have threatened the informant and they have hurled bombs and one of the bombs caused injury on the leg of the informant.
The petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2020.

No.18920 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there was land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Bharti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of two months.
