Petitioner, Bhagdeo Rai, is in custody since 04.10.2016 in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016 registered under Sections 30 and 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 3.

According to prosecution case, 332 bottles of Kingfisher Beer, 199 bottles of Thunder Bolt Beer and 347 bottles of Tuborg (strong) beer along with five bora vacant bottles were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the article recovered from the house of the petitioner, nature of offence and the period of detention of this petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
