Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47 (a), 54 of the Excise Act.

10 quarters containing two and half liters Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since long. Investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana District Motihari in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case no. 175/2016.
