The petitioner retired from the post of the Executive Engineer from the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar with effect from 30.06.2013. He submits that although the entire retiral benefits have been paid except the G.P.F. which he claims with interest.

Considering the claim of the petitioner, the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7225 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.3, the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Gaya which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
