JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of two live cartridges of 3.15 bore and one screen touch mobile have been recovered from him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely implicated in this case merely on village politics. The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2020. From perusal of the FIR clearly shows that the allegation alleged against the petitioner is that two live cartridges of 3.15 bore and one screen touch mobile recovered

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020 to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura.
