Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 01.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 44877 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 28.03.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Since the charges have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the son (Vicky Kumar) of the petitioner and further if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
