JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21.06.2017 Trial court has sought two months more time for disposal of Special POCSO case no. 39/2015 arising out of Bhadaur P.S. Case no. 13/2015 vide its letter no. 108/17 dated 27.5.2017. Accordingly two months more time is granted to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner. However, it is also clear that extension of time shall not cause any prejudice to the liberty given to the petitioner vide order dated 26.10.2016.
