Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30323 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/3 for the petitioners assisted by Mr. Brajesh Prasad Gupta and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in Piro P.S. Case No.98 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 504, 506, 307, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others by means of different weapons. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific allegation is against Upendra Chaudhari, Mithun Chaudhari and Chhotan Chaudhari.

It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the sides and both sides have sustained injuries. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
