JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Power Holding Company.

The petitioner has taken a shop on rent in Main Road, Danapur. The petitioner has applied for commercial electric connection for his rented shop in Main Road, Danapur. He submits that he has fulfilled all the formalities. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Power Holding Company. On the basis of the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the Power Holding Company assures the Court that if the petitioner fulfills the requisite requirement, he would

In view of the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of with the following directions: If the respondents find that any further papers are wanting, the same would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner thereafter would be under obligation to make good the short comings. Once the required papers are deposited, the respondents would forth with issue a fresh electric connection in favour of the petitioner.

This writ application stands disposed of.
