The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. case No. 380 of 2018 registered under Section 379, 353, 308 and other Sections of the IPC.

The informant, a police officer, alleged that one person, Neyaz, came to the P.S. and informed that some villagers on the pretext of collecting contribution snatched money from his possession. The informant and other police officials went to verify the information and came to know that petitioners and others forcibly collected contribution and also pelted stones when they saw the police force coming. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The informant got no means to identify the petitioner. The village of the

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. case No. 380 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
