ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sheohar P.S. Case No.99/15 for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against this petitioner is far fetched and misconceived as the petitioner has no connection with the husband of the informant or for that the informant's husband runs a medicine shop in the house of his brother, Dr.Umeshwar Prasad who is the owner of Chandan Health Care Clinic and the petitioner is also practicing as compounder in that very area.He further submitted that the mobile on which the threat of dire consequence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39768 of 2015 (3) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 and ransom was made was not connected with the petitioner. Considering the fact that the threat was not made from the mobile of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sheohar, in Sheohar P.S. Case No.99/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
