2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:- This appeal is directed against the Judgment dated 10.04.2023 passed by Addl. District & Session Judge-XIV, Bhagalpur in G.R. Case No.381/2013 by which Learned District & Session Judge has been pleased to acquitted to the respondents No.2 and 3 as the prosecution has not been proved the alleged charge under section 326 and 326(B) of the I.P.C.
