Petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar (Mathurapur OP) P.S. Case No.203 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2017. He is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Rai.
