The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 156/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He was arrested on suspicion and thereafter police recorded his confessional statement. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.64093 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S.
