2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was removed from the service in the year, 1996, however, he has not been paid admitted dues payable to him.
3. Petitioner has filed several representations before the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran (Bettiah) (respondent no.4) but he has not taken any action to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
4. Considering the limited prayer made on behalf of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5357 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran (Bettiah) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in case, he finds that the petitioner is entitled for any legal dues, the same be paid to him within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the fresh representation of the petitioner taking into consideration that the petitioner was already dismissed in the year, 1996.
5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
