The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No.647 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and he happens to be husband.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are general and omnibus allegation and nothing has been attributed against him. He is in custody since 27.5.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the FIR itself shows that the girl was set on fire by the petitioner and other co-accused persons. He happens to be husband.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65872 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
