Petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence under sections 30(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is 21 years old. In the instant case total 315 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is driver of the Tempo and he is in custody since 29.1.2020.

Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody
