Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 504 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ramashish. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61077 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 504 of 2018.
