Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457/380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated inthis case merely on suspicion. The alleged recovery of a mobile phone is nothing but planted one. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
