Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1104 of 2018 arising out of Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 386 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the vehicle in question.
