JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/406/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already returned cheque amount of Rs.8.70 lacs to the informant.

Learned counsel for the informant does not controvert the aforesaid submission.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
