The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got employed as A.N.M. in the hospital on the basis of forged nursing certificate.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner still claims her nursing certificate to be genuine. At present the petitioner is not in the employment. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37846 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
