JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.3.2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. no. 10235 of 2017.

It is submitted that in the order dated 18.3.2017 it is mentioned in the submission portion that final form has been submitted finding the case not true against the petitioner. Where the fact is that police has not found any material against the petitioner and neither final form nor chargesheet has been submitted till date.

Considering the aforesaid, submission made shall be treated as part of the order dated 18.3.2017. It is further submitted that in the satisfaction portion in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea', it should be 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan,' .

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18508 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 Let it also be treated as part of the order dated 18.3.2017 and the date of surrender is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
