The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., III, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Earlier by order dated 12.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40118 of 2020, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24513 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Now, they have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain their prayer once again, as there is no new ground. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
