JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner immediately, without any further delay the amount of her Honorarium.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner interest for the period
Patna High Court CWJC No.4963 of 2023(5) dt.05-02-2024 2/3 during which the petitioner has not been paid the amount of her Honorarium.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ restraining the respondents from disturbing the petitioner in any manner in her working by not paying the Honorarium to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the third supplementary counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent no.2, to submit that appropriate action has been taken against the erring officials, both departmentally by initiating appropriate departmental proceeding as also by filing first information report, vide Banmankhi P.S. Case No.28 of 2024, against the erring officials. It is also submitted that illegalities and irregularities committed by the erring officials has also been rectified, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of her subsisting grievance, if any.
