JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Prayer is for modification of the order dated 10.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52724 of 2016 to the extent that Rinki Devi petitioner no. 2 is wife of one Pramod Sah @ Pramod Kumar, however, due to inadvertence in the bail petition, it was typed as wife of Mantun Sah.

Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the bail petition and, accordingly, the order be also corrected. Four weeks further time is allowed for furnishing bail bond.
