Petitioner seeks bail in Neemachandpur P.S. Case No. 11/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 341 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is committing murder of informant's son by fire-arm against petitioner and other accused persons. It has been submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Co-accused have been granted bail by different benches of this court vide order dated 24.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 54319/2016, order dated 23.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 54611/2016 and order dated 09.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.07.2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 11/2016, subject to the conditions:
(1.) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
(2.) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court.
(3.) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
