This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Paroo PS Case No. 42 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 35E/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
In the instant case, the petitioner is made accused as during the patrolling duty police has recovered hundreds of empty bottles tagged with Royal Stag liquor from scrap material shop of the petitioner. Petitioner runs a scrap material shop and deals with purchase and sale of scrap materials. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 08.02.2019, this application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo PS Case No. 42 of 2019.
