2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 139(2) and 318(4) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have induced one Neha Kumari to sell her infant child for one lakh rupees and accordingly, she handed over the child to a lady at Ashok Dham.
