Petitioner seeks bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No.386 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 408, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was Khalasi of the truck. He had no concern with missing of the aforesaid truck. In fact, he had informed the informant about missing of truck. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to dispute of original owner, Sonu Kumar, and present owner, Ranjit Kumar, about the money in respect of sale of truck, instant occurrence has taken place.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66872 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.386 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
