Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47(a), 47 (g) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
In huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor as well as country made liquor were recovered from a maruti vehicle which belongs to the petitioner but admittedly, neither the petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid articles were never recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner rather police implicated the petitioner and seized vehicle of the petitioner in false case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
