The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B/34 of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when he was called with his original documents at Employment Camp Office Buxar High School to verify his candidature but he did not appear. It is further alleged that earlier petitioner appeared in counseling on the basis of forged or duplicate certificates for selection.

He has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner appeared till counseling and thereafter he did not make any effort in further selection process and as such no appointment was made on the basis of alleged forged documents/certificates. He has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that without verification of signature and identification of videography the petitioner was made accused in this present case and since then he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.01.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
