2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., when the informant demanded his dues amount from the petitioner, he started abusing the informant and also assaulted him with lathi along with the other co-accused persons.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute and dirty village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that the present case is counter blast of Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21567 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 lodged by the sister of the petitioner against the informant of this case. The injuries on the informant are bruise, laceration and swelling and the opinion is reserved. It is next submitted that petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
