The petitioner seeks bail in Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 78/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against this petitioner. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 23.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
