1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 26.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.8010/2024. It is submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.496/2023 but from perusal of the cause title, it would manifest that the same records- "arising out of P.S. Case No.436, Year-2023, Thana-Chandi, District-Nalanda", when it ought to have been "arising out of P.S. Case No.496, Year-2023, Thana-Chandi, District-Nalanda".

3. In view of the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32251 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the cause title of Cr. Misc. No.8010/2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

4. In the event, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court on or before 27.05.2024, his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
