This is an application for quashing of the order dated 10.6.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in Case No. M-1372 of 2011 under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 10.6.2015 was challenged by which direction was given under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. to remove the Poultry Farm. However, almost 8 years have lapsed and with the passage of time, it seems that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
