This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Asarganj P.S. Case No.145 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The deceased is alleged to have been killed by the accused persons by stabbing.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased had died in accidental death, which is clear from paragraph no.2 of the case diary which is the further statement of the informant.

From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased has not been killed with a sharp weapon. The petitioner no.1 is in custody since 04.01.2025 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 25.10.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st , Munger / concerned Court below, in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No.145 of 2025, subject to the condition that they will cooperate in the trial and will appear themselves or through their lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
