The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For commanding the State respondents to provide security to the petitioner who has serious life threat from the hands of Farzi teachers and other miscreants."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7780 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
