Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 31.1.2014.
Even though, the report of the Mediation Centre is not on record, the counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Mediation has failed.
Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 31.1.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 91(c) of 2011 (Trial No. 2023 of 2011) is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49349 of 2013 (7) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
