Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of six liters of Nepali liquor from his possession. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016. He stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
The case diary also does not reveal any criminal antecedent of the petitioner, as submitted by the learned A.P.P. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43006 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016.
