Petitioners seek bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a)(b)(c), 38 and 41(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have no concern with liquor in question. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 14.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
