Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Police has arrested this petitioner in Baniyapur P.S. Case No.38 of 2018 and on the basis of confession recorded in that case petitioner has been remanded in this case.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20544 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 sheet has already been submitted.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.27 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
