Petitioner is accused in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 511 and 504 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is dispute between both the families about flowing of drain water. The alleged offence is concocted one. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
