2. Heard Mr. Ashish, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the State, as also Mr. Girijish Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5.
3. The claim of the petitioners is for payment of remuneration for the work they claimed to have performed as Tola volunteer (Tola Sevak) in Anchal Dulhin Bazar, District Patna.
4. A counter affidavit is on record in which stand has been taken that the claim has been negated as whatever admissible remuneration was due, the same has already been paid.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that still the legal dues of the petitioner has not been fully paid.
6. Be that as it may, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authority by making a representation for the grievance, if any, which still remains.

7. It goes without saying that if the same is filed within one month from today, the authority shall look into the matter and after verification from the record shall pass a reasoned order expeditiously within a further period of three months. However, if anything is found due and still not paid, the same shall also be paid within one month from the date of passing of such order.
